We survived first day at Shichida

Yesterday my lil B attended his first Shichida lesson at Wisma Lim Foo Yong. Daddy and kor kor also tagged along to rally their support for DiDi. 
We are no stranger to the Shichida Method. Ryan had been a Shichida graduate after attending the classes for 2 + years in Shichida Singapore. He was 18 months when he started. Therefore inevitably steeping foot into the premise on the 12th floor does bring back some memories. Miss all the Shichida mommies cum newfound buddies (Gina-Ashley, Jean-Verlynne, Tricia:Isaiah, Angiel: Kieran and Ciney:Marianne).
The Shichida centre at Lim Foo Yong looked small and tired compared to their Singapore centre. Good thing they have a big aquarium at the waiting area to occupy the kids.
Lil B behaved considerably well in the class. Occasionally he stood near the door hinting he wants out but nothing too disruptive. In fact, he was pretty cooperative in most of the activities especially flash cards. I am taking this in my credit for the home activities we have been doing together at home. î–î–
Good job Darren. I’m hoping another good day next week.
After Shichida, we drove to Pavillion to meet Daddy and kor kor at Starbucks. Had our lunch at Dragon-I. Yums.. Love their XO Sauce fried carrot cake.

Brothers Bonding Time

Ryan has Bao Bei enrichment classes 3 times a week. 2 of which he has 45 mins Enopi right after class. Today is the day he has no Enopi and we went home right after BaoBei.
My dear lil B was extremely thrilled seeing us home early. Awww… Miss you baby and I’m sure he misses us too. î„î”

Good Morning Lil B

We normally start our day with a walk/stroll in our neighborhood after Daddy leaves for work around 8.15am.
First activity is always a stroll in the neighborhood. I use the pedometer to help me track the calories burned. It makes me feel a tad better after all the late night snack consumed the night before. î„î„…
After about 20-30 mins, depending how adventurous I was that day, we will get home for his buggy ride. Also a must every morning.
After his buggy ride, it’s the scooter’s turn. He’s too young for a scooter of course, nonetheless, he was awed by how much fun the kor kor has scootering around that he must get his share too.
Occasionally when it’s not too hot, lil B will even get to help water the plants. 

It’s then the brekkie time. Lil B normally eats Nestle cereal of assorted flavored for breakfast. This day he had mixed fruits.

After filling the stomach, it’s usually reading time. He shows particular interest when I read these books to him.

At about 10.30am, it’s milk time. That also mean he gets to watch the idiot box.
He loves to watch the old DVDs we recorded. Other times, he will choose one of these current favourites.
While waiting for lunch time (11.30am), we will just chill around playing toys or simply laze around. Perfect bonding…and I’m loving every minute of it. î˜î„†
Doing some drawing here. He said it’s a bus. He’s currently into this bus thingy (influence by Wheel on the bus). He’ll go around spotting buses everywhere we go. “Big bus”.. Point point.. “Big bus… ” î„
Lil B has yet to show his dominant hand. Unlike Ryan, whom we already identified he’s a lefty from very young age, lil B is still using both hands interchangeably. Well maybe he’s an ambidextrous.
I normally leave the house at 11.45am to pick Ryan up from school. My helper will tuck my sweetie pie in for his nap while i am away.
Lil B usually naps for 2-3 hours (1 nap only). So Ryan is always upset upon finding his Didi is napping when he comes home from school. But he’s slowly getting used to it. He knows he can only play with Didi when he cones home again from his enrichment classes around 4pm (no Enopi days) or 5pm.

We went to The Curve last weekend to check out the new table for Ryan. After making our investment we adjourned for lunch at Little Penang. I was craving for their Prawn noodles. Unfortunately this outlet’s food was so mediocre I swear I will not return.
After our lunch, the boys and my helper went to the kiddies’ section on the 2nd floor where there were lots of kiddies motorised vehicles to kill time. Me, on the other hand dashed to Ikea to get a new Mammut table to replace the old shaky piece and high chair tray for Darren. Don’t question why I slaved myself instead of hubby/maid. 
Anyways, when I returned from my slavery task, both kiddos were still on their costly ride. (RM5 for 10 mins).
The lady manning the counter was amazed seeing a 1.5 year old riding a motorised vehicle with little supervision. I told the lady we have something similar at home. î•
