I totally agree that when you’re about to drown with some assignments and what not, take a step back, relax a bit, do whatever mo-mo-liu-liu things you want to do.. so called to unwind la .. will definitely helps. Anyways.. it’s lunch time now so I deserved a break..
So what mo-mo-liu-liu thing I’ve done… this lor.
See see see.. how to resist? So cute wordings. When I saw them at Metrojaya that day I was soooo sure that I gonna end up buying them. Moreover, quite reasonably priced too. So ended up with both. There is another one “If you think I’m cute, look at my Daddy” – too bad for Mr Lim, no size. Hehehe.. (sei lor.. almost everyday I bought something for Ryan). I actually saw another one at Mothercare that reads “Sleep is for grown up”. Have to wait till I get my itchy hands on it.
Now get back to work!! Arghhh….

Yesterday for some reason I woke up with a great determination to get Ryan more educational videos for Ryan. You see.. We have bought quite a handful of videos for Ryan but of all it seems only Baby Bright
is able to catch his attention and I feel really sorry for Ryan having to watch it again and again. I mean, so boring right. I know babies don’t mind repetition, but aah.. I still think it’s about time for a little exploration. So, after confirming the outlet with Dinah
(I already have in mind what to buy), zoom-zoomed I rushed there during mad hours.
Ryan’s first glimpse of the show
(This camera mummy is obviously blocking his view)
Happy Smiley Face
Watch until Mor Sau Mor Keok (touchy touchy)
Figured it’s more relaxing to lay on a pillow while watching
Eyes still glued to TV after I put him on his play pen
Looking very engrossed here
This is what I bought.. and a few othersss.

Madam Kwan Mid Valley has been our usual din din place during the weekends. As usual, Ryan is no where near settlling down on his stroller so we usually have to take turns bringing him out for a ‘walk’ outside the restaurant. When it was my turn, I brought him into Toys ‘R Us (again) – the nearest ‘entertainment’ outlet for Ryan.
Literally scrutinizing their racks (I think I can remember what toys being stacked where already…) for new toys when I came across “this” (show in pic later) which I thought hmm.. maybe I could get for Ryan wor. Frankly I don’t find it particularly useful, in fact, I must say it kinda pose a certain risk but err… nevermind la. ‘Mai Chor Sin Suen’ (buy first, consider later).
This is the so called ‘TOY’.
Will need to assemble all these
Patiently waiting for his new toy to be set up
Beaming Happy Smile from Ryan
Ryan can’t resist to check out his new toy
Ryan’s interest on his new gadget was short lived. His eyes were peering at something else
Ryan abandoned his new toy already. Sigh…

Dim Sum @ Chynna was so so only. Still prefer Shang Palace but ambience wise, not bad. Very ‘china’ feel with tanglung et al. Ryan was mesmerised with decor – for a while. After which, he resumed his hyper activeness and refused to be put neither on baby chair nor stroller.
Lately Ryan also developed a habit of kicking his way for freedom when we carry him thus making po-po time (carry time) particularly tough for YehYeh and MaMa especially YehYeh who is always ‘yau sum mo lek’ – can’t carry for long.
I find outdoor meal times a real real challenge. Sigh… I have seen babies who are very contented on their stroller or high chair able to play on their own. With Ryan.. he’s seriously a little monster on a loose.
Ryan on high chair just before he wanna jump out for freedom
Daddy with little monster on the loose
Kungfu tea pouring stunt that was able to keep Ryan entertained for a while
Ryan who was evidently bored here
Note to Ryan: Ryan, it may seems everyone is afraid to look after you for fear they may not be able to keep up with you, however don’t be bothered. You’ll always have mummy and daddy being your faithful supporters, followers, carers, etc etc etc. At times, mummy does get very frustrated and tired caring for you.. but whenever mummy sees your beaming smile, mummy comes alive again. You’ll always be mummy’s one and only cutie baby… (oh.. Mr Lim is Big Baby..so different lor). Heehee..
